Wellness Tip: (Physical): Find What Works For YOU And Do That!
Everyone has their own personal journey. Many of us have tried every weight loss program and every diet out there. I have friends that lose weight by counting their intake of calories. I have other friends that use popular weight loss programs. In my efforts to lose weight, I used a process called Electro-Dermal Screening. This screening process revealed that I had acquired a wheat, dairy, and gluten intolerance over the years. When I removed wheat, dairy, and gluten from my diet, I lost 25 lbs in 90 days.
The point is that we all have our own journey. If you have tried one of these options, or another, and it didn’t work, keep looking. Find something that fits your lifestyle and personality and work it. Counting calories and programs were not the avenue that worked for me, but I found one that did. If you are in a place where you want to lose weight, find what works for you and do that! Remember, it may or may not be the first thing you try. Keep up the good work and remember to acknowledge each step that you take in the right direction. Doing something is better than doing nothing. You can do it!
